By accessing or using the Vacationship platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Vacationship reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Booking & Payments
Vacationship acts as a marketplace connecting travelers with adventure vendors. All bookings are subject to vendor availability and confirmation. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation.
4. Cancellations
Cancellation policies vary by vendor and experience. Please review the specific cancellation policy before booking. Vacationship is not liable for cancellations made by vendors due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds for cancellations are processed according to our Refund Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
Vacationship serves as a platform connecting travelers and vendors. We do not directly provide adventure experiences and are not liable for the quality, safety, or outcome of any experience booked through our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Vacationship platform, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of Vacationship or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
