Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for bookings cancelled within the timeframe specified by the vendor's cancellation policy. Each experience listing on Vacationship displays its specific cancellation and refund terms. Refunds are not available for no-shows or cancellations made after the allowed window.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, navigate to your booking in your Vacationship account and select "Request Refund," or contact our support team at support@vacationship.in. Please include your booking reference number and the reason for cancellation. We will review your request within 2 business days.

3. Refund Timelines

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable: bookings cancelled outside the cancellation window, service fees and platform charges, experiences already commenced or completed, and bookings marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

5. Cancellation by Vendor

If a vendor cancels an experience due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Vacationship will notify you promptly and assist with rebooking if desired.
